- We're here to create your good space
ADHD coaching for adults, leaders and business owners. Neurodiversity training for organisations
We’re all wired differently. But the way we work (or are expected to work) doesn’t always reflect that.
If you have ADHD – diagnosed or late-discovered – work can feel harder than it should. You might be capable, experienced, even successful… but still feel stuck, overwhelmed or constantly firefighting.
And if you’re leading a team or organisation, you might be seeing capable people struggle – without always knowing how best to support them.
I’m an ADHD coach, leadership coach and neurodiversity trainer. I work with people and organisations to make sense of what’s going on, reduce the friction, and find more human, practical ways forward.
What I do
- ADHD coaching for adults, including late-diagnosed and late-discovered women
- ADHD coaching for leaders and business owners who want to work and lead in a way that fits their brain
- Leadership coaching and development for people who think differently
- Neurodiversity training and consultancy for organisations
- Talks and speaking on ADHD, leadership and neurodiversity

You might be wondering…
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?
Not at all. Many people I work with are exploring ADHD, late-discovered or just recognise the traits in themselves. You don’t need a formal diagnosis.
What is ADHD coaching?
ADHD coaching is a practical, collaborative approach that helps you understand how your brain works and develop strategies that fit your life and work.
It’s not about fixing you.
It’s about working with your strengths and reducing the friction that gets in the way.
How does ADHD coaching help at work?
It’s a safe space where you can unmask and talk openly about what’s going on – your goals, your ambitions, your challenges – without shame.
We spend time playing detective, figuring out what’s really going on beneath the surface so you’re not just trying to push through.
We look at things like focus, getting started, managing your energy without burning out, and navigating overwhelm, rejection and self-doubt.
Together, we find ways of working that fit how your brain actually works, so things feel more manageable and less draining.
It’s also a space to troubleshoot, try things out and build practical strategies – whether that’s emotional regulation, planning, or finding ways to tap into motivation.
What happens when I book a call?
It’s a relaxed, no-pressure 30-minute chat.
We’ll talk about what’s going on for you, how I work, and whether working together would feel like a helpful next step.
You don’t need to have everything figured out – far from it. It’s simply a space to explore what might help and ask any questions you have.
What does neurodiversity training for organisations include?
It helps managers and teams understand what ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions actually look like in real working environments – not just in theory.
We talk about the day-to-day realities: things like unclear expectations, inconsistent performance, communication breakdowns or people masking and burning out behind the scenes.
From there, we make it practical. That might include how to have better conversations, what reasonable adjustments can look like in reality, and how to support performance without overcomplicating things.
The aim isn’t just awareness – it’s giving people the confidence and clarity to create ways of working where everyone can do their best work.
Not sure where to start?
If you’re wondering whether this might help – for you or your organisation – you don’t need to have it all figured out.
A short, no-pressure call is often the easiest place to begin.
